The Brief
Spring is a Kickstarter project that needed a standalone webpage to raise awareness, inform, excite and ultimately convince potential backers to commit.
The Idea
The board game community, the Kickstarter users, and the overall target audience of Spring, in particular, shared a common attitude of curiosity, forward-thinking, and love for a crafted product that truly comes out from within the community rather than from an established publisher.
This is why I brought a DIY feel forward and overlayed it over marketing content that looked personal but with high-end, artisanal production quality.
The structure was designed around a one-page scrollable feel of small chunks of information.
The top part is designed around a few quick frames that capture the imagination, reassure of the quality, and tease in a few words in order to get the scrolling going.
The middle part displays the separate unique selling points of the game.
At the bottom, there is an in-depth video that reassures the depth of the project and aims to cater to those seeking the maximum amount of information.

The bottom is heavy in attention requirements and the top part relies on a one-line summary and pieces that are to capture the imagination and get the scrolling going.
The Result
A successful page that converted to many followers, many views, and likes on Kickstarter, Instagram, the Board Game Geek forum, and Youtube.
Based on WordPress the page is versatile quick and easy to update and manage, full of videos gifs and photos about Spring.
